Frequent Flyer Program
Welcome to our Frequent Flyer Program. This is our way to thank our pilots for flying with us. In addition to not charging enrollment and monthly fees, this is one more way for us to reward you for doing what you love the most – flying.
All our pilots are automatically enrolled in this program. There’s nothing else you need to do to start accumulating rewards. The credits for your flying will post to your account each month before the 20th day of the following month. A statement of rewards will be emailed to you at that time. The reward credits are automatically applied to your next charges. If you prefer to accumulate them instead, let us know.
Qualifying events include aircraft rental, flight, simulator, and ground lessons.
This program can be combined with other incentives, such as cash discounts and referral program with the following exceptions:
- Students who bought training packages are not eligible.
- Instructors on instructional flights are not eligible. Instructors may earn credits through the Referral Program.
Here’s the summary of the program:
- Starts May 1st, 2016
- Has two levels
- Silver: Have 3 qualifying events a month and receive 1% of your spending as a credit.
- Gold: Have 3 qualifying events a month 3 months in a row and receive 3% of your spending as a credit.
- Credits are posted monthly by the 20th of the following month.
- Credits are automatically applied to your next charges. Upon request, you can keep accumulating them instead.
- Can be combined with other incentive programs and discounts except:
- Students who purchased training packages.
- Instructors on instructional flights.
